Coaching, body work and energy work sessions are available in my home office in Crozet, Va in a well-ventilated, nature-filled setting. When you book your session below, simply choose the “Crozet Office” option and I’ll be in touch with more information.

Schedule a Remote Session
You will be asked when booking your session if you prefer the remote option, in which case a link for a video-chat appointment will be sent by default.
If you aren’t sure what kind of session is right for you, or would like to discuss working with me on a sliding scale, don’t hesitate to send me a message.
